Non-Degree Graduate Programs in Theology, Philosophy, and Pastoral Studies

Program Requirements

In the non-degree graduate Certificate Program, students take five required graduate courses (15 credit hours) in Theology, Philosophy, or Pastoral Studies. There is a six year time limit from entry into the program for completion of requirements. Candidates for the certificate receive a graduate level education in the core ideas within each area.

Areas of Study

A student may focus in Theology, Philosophy, or Pastoral Studies by completing the requirements with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or better. Within Philosophy, a student may specialize in Christian Wisdom.

Admission Requirements

Applicants for the non-degree graduate Certificate Program should follow the College Division Admissions Procedure. They must possess a B. A. Applicants must be able to show proficiency in English, either evidenced by previous college experience, or by a proficiency exam.
