Application Instructions
1) Download Application for Admission
2) Print out the application form and fill it out completely, including Signature and Date.
3) Enclose $50 application fee.
Please do NOT enclose tuition payment until you are registering for a course.
4) Mail completed form with application fee to:

4) Request that all official transcripts be forwarded to the Distance Learning Office, Holy Apostles College and Seminary. Applications cannot be processed until all official transcripts have been received.
