Master of Arts
Study on-campus, on-line, or a combination of both
Depends upon the program of study
The Master of Arts (M.A.) degree programs are courses of study designed to give both a broad acquaintance with the major theological or philosophical disciplines. It is a flexible program designed to prepare men and women for ministry, teaching religion, theology, or philosophy, for a subsequent Post Master’s Certificate, licentiate or doctoral work, or for integrating their existing life and profession with a theological or philosophical component.
Master of Arts (M.A.) in Philosophy
- Can be completed through Distance Learning only
Master of Arts (M.A.) in Theology
- Can be completed either through Distance Learning or on-campus
Master of Arts (M.A.) in Theology, concentration in Bioethics
- Can be completed either through Distance Learning or as a combination of on-campus and Distance Learning courses
Master of Arts (M.A.) in Pastoral Studies
- Can be completed on-campus only
